These Soft No Knead Dinner Rolls are so easy to make and so delicious! All you need is one spoon and few ingredients!

• 600 g all-purpose flour
• 280 ml Warm Milk
• 7g dry yeast
• 2 tablespoons Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 100g Soften Butter
• 1 teaspoon Salt
In a medium bowl add the warm milk, the dry yeast, the sugar and stir until well-combined.
Add the beaten yolks, the soften butter, the salt and gradually the flour. Stir until the dough is formed.
Transfer the dough on a bowl greased with butter. Cover with plastic foil and let it rest in a warm place for 2 hours until double sized.
Sprinkle flour on the working surface, place the dough and cut into 8 pieces. Form into rolls and place on a greased tray. Cover with plastic foil and let it rise for another 40 minutes at room temperature.
Grease the rolls with a mixture of a beaten yolk and 1 tbsp of milk.
Preheat the oven to 190°C and bake for 20 minutes.
